How does CoolSculpting® work?
CoolSculpting® uses a process called cryolipolysis — a fancy way of saying it freezes fat cells. The controlled cooling targets only the fat under your skin, leaving the skin and surrounding tissue untouched. Once the fat cells are frozen, they die and your body naturally eliminates them over the next few weeks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.
Who can get CoolSculpting®?
You’ll need to be 18 or older, in good general health, and ready to say goodbye to stubborn fat. It’s not a weight-loss treatment, so the best results happen if you’re close to your ideal weight and just want to contour specific areas.
CoolSculpting® isn’t right for everyone — it’s not recommended if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have active cancer, or have had surgery in the treatment area within the last 6 months.

What happens during the consultation?

Is it painful or uncomfortable?
Not really. You’ll feel intense cold and a little pressure at first, but it usually fades within a few minutes. Most people relax, scroll on their phone, or even take a nap while it works.
Is the fat reduction permanent?
Yes! Once those fat cells are frozen and gone, they’re gone for good. You’ll still want to keep up healthy habits to make the most of your results.
